The Lens
A CFO sees an organization through a particular lens: where resources go, where decisions stall, what gets measured, where accountability becomes blurred and where execution loses momentum.
The Shift
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the leadership conditions behind those patterns. Capable people were often working hard inside structures, habits and cultures that made strong performance harder than it needed to be.
Today
Today, I partner with CEOs, founders and executive teams to strengthen both sides of the equation: the leader and the system the leader operates in.
